Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Management Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client and partner relationships, ensuring campaign success, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic platforms, and data analytics. This role demands close collaboration with Ad Operations, Sales, Data/Measurement and Product teams and will report directly to the President of Advertising. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented team player with experience in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Key to success in this role are strong skills in KPI reporting, project and account management, and a results-driven approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of advertising campaigns (both programmatic and managed service) ensuring successful execution and optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Ad Operations, and Product, to deliver top-tier client service.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to clients to drive better outcomes and achieve their campaign goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Ad Tech.
- Provide regular reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management within the digital advertising or Ad Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and digital media buying.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in advertising analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Previous experience ad tech, publisher and/or digital media company
